Acoustic and special doorsets
Are constructed in steel and either primed or finish coated to BS/RAL colours, or in stainless steel with the following option:
- many different vision panels (may reduce rating)
- T lug or second fix options as standard
- factory welded or site assembly frames

Special doorsets
Soundcel high quality doorsets are designed to reduce
noise in
buildings (see Sound Reduction Index Gragh from Technical
Drawing Database) and are supplied with the following:
- 1.6mm zinc coated double rebated frames
- acoustic compression seals
- stainless steel hinges
- preparation for locks or panic furniture from our extensive range
- accurate structural reinforcement to receive fixing screws
- 1.2mm zinc coated steel door skin
- acoustic core (subject to rating)
Citadel stainless doorsets
Are constructed from stainless steel for hygiene or aesthetic
requirements. Fitzpatrick has decades of expertise in the
manufacture and construction of special stainless steel
doorsets and frames.
Citadel special doorsets
Are installed throughout the world. Many door manufacturers
turn to Fitzpatrick when they have a requirement for oversized
doors, special doorsand/or unusual configurations.
